The WINDFORCE V2 version of NVIDIA’s RTX 4090 was purchased from an authorized dealer in Romania in November 2023 and started developing progressive VRAM degradation, with various diagnostics from the owner revealing that there were 33 rows remapped for uncorrectable errors.
