Chinese memory chip manufacturer ChangXin Memory Technologies, or CXMT, is reportedly closing in on mass-producing LPDDR6 memory chips. CXMT is a frequent feature of media coverage due to the ongoing shortage in the memory market, which, despite its limited global presence, has been speculated to disrupt the role of Samsung and SK hynix in the industry.
