The Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company’s (TSMC) CEO, Dr. C.C. Wei, assured Morgan Stanley’s analyst Charlie Chan that choosing which semiconductor manufacturing process technology to ramp production up is not similar to buying milk from a convenience store.
