Over a year ago, ZeniMax Online Studios announced that its MMORPG Elder Scrolls Online would transition from the expansion-like Chapter model to a seasonal model. However, 2025 was a transitional year in which the so-called Seasons of the Worm Cult still retained some elements of the Chapter model.
