Polyphony Digital’s Gran Turismo 7 may have been released nearly four years ago, but according to series creator and studio founder Kazunori Yamauchi, it’s still doing extremely well. In an interview with media outlets that attended the Gran Turismo World Series 2025 World Finals in Fukuoka, Japan, the legendary game designer (and racing driver) revealed that the game is regularly played by over two million players each month, and perhaps even more importantly, its player base is still growing.
