Chinese memory and storage manufacturers ChangXin Memory Technologies (CXMT) and Yangtze Memory Technologies Corp. (YMTC) are gearing up to compete with each other, says a report from DigiTimes. The two firms, which have grown in global prominence as AI demand continues to disrupt the technology supply chain, have so far focused on different kinds of semiconductors.
