Tony Driscoll Now Runs Skydance Games From Batman to SpongeBob, After the $110.9 Billion Warner Bros. Discovery Merger Closed

Yesterday, Paramount Skydance completed the merger with Warner Bros. Discovery for $110.9 billion, creating a new company called Skydance. As you may remember, Netflix was the first company to present an offer of $72 billion on December 5, 2025. However, just three days later, Paramount Skydance considerably upped the stakes by offering to purchase the entire company (Netflix only wanted the Studio and Streaming assets) with a higher price per share, too.
