New SCSKiller Tool Targets PC Shader Compilation Stutter; Our FINAL FANTASY VII REBIRTH Test Shows Impressive Results

A new free and open-source utility called SCSKiller, short for Shader Compilation Stutter Killer, is taking direct aim at one of the most persistent problems affecting modern PC games: shader/Pipeline State Object (PSO) compilation stutter. Developed by BlueHeisenberg, SCSKiller essentially attempts to do what many PC games still fail to do themselves properly.
