Following the recent announcement, Left 4 Dead creator Mike Booth stepped on The Game Awards 2025 stage alongside JJ Abrams from Bad Robot to unveil 4:LOOP, the studio’s new tactical cooperative game. The setting is an alien invasion on Earth, with a mad scientist type narrating the reveal trailer to tell players he’d be able to continuously resurrect them as they die again and again until they find a way to fix the world. 4:LOOP can now be wishlisted on both PC (via Steam) and PlayStation 5, and the official website lets interested players sign up for upcoming playtesting opportunities.
